Is VMC cheaper than comparable transit nodes?
Yes — per-square-foot pricing at VMC still trades below comparable subway-connected nodes closer to the core, despite a similar commute time.
What are the risks?
Delivery timing. Several towers complete in the same window, which can compress short-term rents.
